BUZZWORKS™ Business Services operates as two distinct entities in Services and Software.
Buzzworks came into existence in the summer of 2001, fuelled by the industry’s need to establish a cost effective single window operation for non-core corporate functions namely Payroll, Staffing, Infrastructure & Facilities Management, BPO services, offered as a turnkey solution.
In 2008, BUZZWORKS™ entered a niche segment in the telecalling market by developing state-of-the-art Dialers and CRM for tele-callers in the contact center industry.
Prior to getting into software, our core expertise was in running telesales setups (DST’s) for banking products. In order to counter the low productivity coming out of Manual Dialers we got into automated contact center technology. This fortifies our status as a unique service provider having both process and technology expertise.
We saw a huge market potential in the telesales industry that needed a cost effective automated dialer solution. The core task was to have a robust product in place, which we have in FLEXIDIAL™ our Dialer software. It comes with a comprehensive CRM that has everything a call center manager would need.
