Services offerings
Payroll Processing: BUZZWORKS™ Payroll Management System takes care of disbursal of salaries, wages, bonuses, net pay, and deductions such as PF, ESI, PT, Income Taxes, Loan installments or advances taken by employee and stores complete records of the employees. We generate Pay-slips and Attendance Register, compute all allowances and deductions and generate all Statutory and MIS reports. We ensure that salaries go out on time and all statutory payments are made by the due dates. We guarantee precision and timeliness at every stage of processing.
The Salary inputs are collected as soft copy in the prescribed format through e-mail from the Clients and after verification and validation of the same, it is imported to the Payroll software for further process. The output from the software contains Pay sheet, ESI, EPF, PT, TDS and Pay Slip.
Incentive Processing: BUZZWORKS™ processes incentives based on the KRAs’, Performance viz-a-viz targets, organizational goals achieved and objectives as per the recommendation of the Client.
Provident Fund/ESI /PT Management Services: After the disbursement of Salaries, the monthly EPF, ESI & PT contribution (both employee and employer) reports are generated from the System and the respective Challans are prepared for submission to the Banks for remittance as per the Statutory Wages Act.
BUZZWORKS™ files quarterly, half yearly and annual returns for all the statutory compliances as per the Wages Act. EPF claim settlements are processed with the full and final settlement to the Employees.
